On-site classes never cease to amaze me. My "Rome Wasn't Built In A Day" class visits some of the most plain-looking buildings on the outside, but inside is completely different. Today, we visited the Domus Aurea, or Golden House, in Rome. It is within a walking distance from the Colosseum, and was amazingingly constructed. I will never stop being impressed with how much my professors know about each and every detail of these buildings, and how it flows from their minds so effortlessly.
